the quality isnt there. the customer service isnt there either. the metal cracked within few days of receiving the ring(what kinda metal are they really using?!) and the compamy refuses to refund me and when i opposed, they demanded that I cover the international return shipping & lie to the customs for the valur of the ring. like who does that?! they dont care about making and keeping the rerurning customers happy.

Firstly, love this shinning pink stone! It looks great! Secondly love the service! my husband told the customer service that this ring is for My birthday, although it left the store only 25 days instead of 30 days, they made it in time!!! Big thanks for making my birthday special!

I purchased the Abigail ring a couple of months ago. It was shipped in a beautiful ring box. The ring was everything and more. It is so beautiful and sparkles in the light, the color is a light to medium pink. I have received many compliments on this ring and would recommend it to anyone that wants a beautiful pink diamond. It did take a full 30 days to receive as each ring is made to order.
